Our carports are supplied as a complete carport kit; we will supply you with every single component you need to complete the project including full carport engineering, as well as a complete instruction manual on how our carports are to be assembled.

Our carports require you to dig out your footings, stand the columns, bolt on your bearers, bolt your rafters together, using all brackets components, and nuts and bolts supplied with the carport kit you have ordered.

Once you have your rafters bolted together you will need to brace the rafters with a 61mm top hat section, this is also in your carport kit, simply screw these down onto the main frame using measurements supplied in the engineering plans and instruction manual, these are to be screwed down using tek screws that will be in the box of nuts and bolts, once you have reached this point, you will be ready to attach your flashings, this flashing will cover your C200 base purlin, our carports come standard with a C200 base purlin, this will need to be pop riveted on using the colored pop rivet's supplied in your carport kit.

Next step is your gutters, simply screw your gutter brackets on, and go all the way around the base purlin, attach gutters and secure with pop rivets and tek screws, the roof sheets and ridge capping. Our carports really are very simple to erect and you won't find any other carports quite and nice to look at as ours that are simple to erect.
